Sizing
All apparel is unisex and runs true to size. Hoodies and crewnecks have a relaxed fit; tees have a retail fit that sits closer to the body. If you're between sizes, size up for hoodies and crewnecks and stay true for tees. Measurements below are garment measurements in inches, laid flat: chest width is measured one inch below the armhole across the front, length is from the high point of the shoulder to the bottom hem.

The oversized-fit Organize or Comply hoodie is cut about two inches wider with a dropped shoulder; order your usual size for the intended look, or one size down for a regular fit.

Quick check: take a shirt or hoodie you already like, lay it flat, and measure it the same way. Match the chest width and you'll be right.
Production and shipping
Everything is printed to order, so nothing sits in a warehouse. Production takes 2 to 5 business days, then standard shipping within the continental United States takes another 3 to 7 business days. Do you ship outside the US?
Right now orders ship within the United States only. If you're outside the US and want something, get in touch and I'll tell you honestly whether it's possible for your address.
Returns and exchanges
Because every piece is made specifically for your order, I can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind, which is why the size guide above is worth thirty seconds. If something arrives damaged, defective, or printed wrong, email me within 10 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and I'll replace it or refund it in full. How and where is this actually made?
Every order is printed, pressed, packed and shipped in the United States by independent print partners. Nothing sits in a warehouse and nothing ships to you from overseas.
Being straight with you about the rest: the blank garments themselves — the tees, hoodies and crewnecks before anything is printed on them — are manufactured abroad by the apparel companies that make them, mostly in Central America. That's true of essentially every print-on-demand store, including the ones that don't mention it. For a shop that puts "Organize or Comply" on a hoodie, I'd rather tell you plainly than let "made in the USA" do work it hasn't earned.
I'm working toward sourcing I can make stronger claims about. The moment I can name a specific shop and stand behind it, it will be written here.
How do I wash printed apparel so the print lasts?
Turn it inside out, machine wash cold with like colours, and tumble dry low or hang to dry. Don't bleach, don't dry clean, and don't iron directly on the print. Treated that way, the print will outlast the garment.
Candle care
Each candle is a 9oz soy blend with a cotton wick and burns roughly 50 to 60 hours. On the first burn, let the melted wax reach the edge of the jar (about two to three hours) so it doesn't tunnel. Trim the wick to a quarter inch before every burn, never leave it unattended, and keep it away from children, pets and anything flammable. The glass jar is reusable once the candle is done: freeze it for an hour and the leftover wax pops out.
Are the mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes to both. The illustration is printed into the glaze, so it won't fade or peel in the dishwasher.
Can I order for a group?
Yes. Mixed orders of different sizes and products are fine, and the tee, crewneck and hoodies within each message line share colourways, so a committee or team order stays consistent. For anything over about 20 pieces, email me first so I can check production timing.
